Triangle Cafe"
We designed this small restaurant in an existing space for a young couple from Mexico City. We helped them develop their concept and then designed a restaurant that could be built within their very limited budget. Finally, rather than hire a contractor, Egan/Martinez design served as Construction Manager. We built the restaurant oureelves in order to better control costs, quality and design.
