Construction Management

Architect Christopher Egan has been closely involved with construction of his designs since the 1970s when he was a student of theatrical design at Notre Dame. After receiving his degree he became Designer and Technical Director for a series of both large and small theater companies in Washington DC, Atlanta and Houston.

Later, as a young architect, he learned professional construction management principles as a Project Architect in major Houston firms during that city's building boom of the late 1970s, on projects ranging in size from small office buildings to the Dallas Galleria. Then, in New York City during the 1980s he directed large corporate projects as a Senior Architect throughout the Northeast, working closely with HRH Construction and other leading construction management firms in New York and Washington, DC.

As of May 2005, we have completed both Design and Building services for the following projects:

	Dolce Ristorante & Bar, Brownsville Texas 2005 We provided complete design and construction management services for this high-end Italian restaurant remodeling, with re-designed commercial kitchen, renovated bar, re-designed dining rooms and wine cellar, with new bandstand and pizza pavilion in patio.
	Triangle Restaurant , Leon Valley, Texas 2003 We provided complete design and construction services for this budget restaurant, with new commercial kitchen, new restrooms and new dining room.

Wine Source, San Antonio, Texas 1998
We provided complete design and construction services for this high-end wine store, with tasting bar and commercial catering kitchen.

Jernigan Home Kitchen & Breakfast Room, Alamo Heights, Texas 1999
We provided complete design and construction services for the remodeling of a custom kitchen. The project included construction of a new breakfast room, installation of a new entertainment center, and opening the existing living room to the garden via new French doors. The client was the owner of the Wine Source store above.
