Construction Management Architect Christopher Egan has been closely involved with construction of his designs since the 1970s when he was a student of theatrical design at Notre Dame. After receiving his degree he became Designer and Technical Director for a series of both large and small theater companies in Washington DC, Atlanta and Houston. Later, as a young architect, he learned professional construction management principles as a Project Architect in major Houston firms during that city's building boom of the late 1970s, on projects ranging in size from small office buildings to the Dallas Galleria. Then, in New York City during the 1980s he directed large corporate projects as a Senior Architect throughout the Northeast, working closely with HRH Construction and other leading construction management firms in New York and Washington, DC. As of May 2005, we have completed both Design and Building services for the following projects:
