Restaurant at the Fairmount Hotel" This project is the result of many years of planning and preparation. The Fairmount Hotel is a historic building from the late 1800s that was re-located in the 1970s to become a small luxury hotel in downtown San Antonio. Our client, a respected international chef from Paris, has successfully operated his high-end French restaurant "L'Etoile" or more than 20 years. Now he has been asked by the hotel owner to take over the existing restaurant and bar, and we are designing a completely new look, based on the chef's concept of modern contemporary cuisine based in deep transitions. The restaurant is scheduled to open in August 2005. Images will be added at that time.
