Cultural Arts Center Culinary Arts Studio" The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center is a non-profit cultural organization that presents both traditional and contemporary Mexican and Chicano culture on the historic West Side of San Antonio, Texas. We were asked to design the culinary arts classroom/studio in their new Arts Education building. Chef Ana Martinez of Egan/Martinez design will present classes in traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine in this new facility, scheduled to open during the Summer of 2005. Egan/Martinez design was solely responsible for the design and specification of all commercial kitchen equipment and specifications. Images will be added when the facility opens.
